Sporting Club Ireland – Golf Day Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
● The competition is open to individuals aged 18 and over at the time of entry.
● Only new Sporting Club Ireland member sign-ups are eligible to enter.
● Employees, contractors, or agents of Sporting Club Ireland or any associated companies, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate or win.
2. How to Enter
● Entry is automatic upon completion of a valid Sporting Club Ireland membership sign-up.
● No additional purchase or entry fee is required beyond the membership subscription.
● The competition will run until the club reaches 100 confirmed memberships.
3. Prize
● The prize is a golf day with Mike Phillips and Bernard Jackman, including the opportunity to play and spend the afternoon with both rugby legends.
● No cash alternative will be offered and the prize is non-transferable.
● The experience is subject to availability and may be rebooked or rescheduled at the discretion of Sporting Club Ireland.
4. Winner Selection & Notification
● Once 100 confirmed memberships have been reached, one winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries.
● The draw will be conducted by an independent solicitor and witnessed by a third party to ensure fairness and transparency.
● The winner will be contacted via email and/or telephone using the contact details provided during membership sign-up.
● If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, Sporting Club Ireland reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.
5. Publicity & Consent
● By entering, all participants agree that Sporting Club Ireland may use their name and image (with prior consent) in promotional materials, announcements, and social media relating to the competition.
● The winner may be asked to participate in post-event publicity.
6. Data Protection
● Any personal data collected during the competition will be handled in accordance with Sporting Club Ireland’s privacy policy and UK data protection laws.
7. General
● Sporting Club Ireland reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise.
● Sporting Club Ireland's decision on any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
● Entry into this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
